Step 1

In order to complete the training course, each person in your group will have a specific job.

 1.Two people will be the Historians.  They will gather information on the geography, the language and the climate etc.

2. One person will be the Illustrator.  His/her job will be to reproduce the country's map, flag, and any other pictures, diagrams etc. that you decide to include.

3. One member will be the Planner.  He/she will gather information on some interesting things to do while visiting your country for presentation as a Fact File.

4. All partisipants will be translators.

Step 2

  1. Begin by researching the site of Pallasovka  There is alot of information about our town. At firrst start with the history of the town. As you research, consider the following questions:
  1. 1.How old is our town?
    2. When is the birthday of our town?
    3. Who discovered our area in the 18th century?
  2. 4.Why was it named Pallasovka?

Step3

Next, researchthe modern life of Pallasovka. As you progress, consider these questions:

1.How many people do live here?
2. How many monuments are there in Pallasovka?
3. What can you see in the centre of the town?

 

 


Step 4

  1. Next, research the geography and climate of Pallasovka.  Look for the following information:
    • 1.Location
    • 2. The climate
    • 3. Important sites the tourists might want to visit
    • 4. A map of Pallasovka

Step5

After completing your research, you will be ready to make your booklet.  There are six parts to the booklet.  You may wish to have a different team member to complete each section.  Be sure to include illustrations in each section of your booklet. 

  1. I. Introduction: Do this section last.  It should include:
    • The purpose and the summaryof the booklet
    •  II. What to pack: Tell the tourist what kinds of clothing and other items might be required on the trip.  Consider the climate and the purpose of the trip in planning what to pack.
    • III. Where to go: Tell the tourist where he/she should go, as well as where he/she might want to go in the morning and in the evening.  You should include a map of Pallasovka either drawn by you, or one you found during your research. Remember to tell them about modern hotel shopping centres that have been built recently.
    • IV. Etiquette: Be sure to inform the tourist about any customs of the people he/she must observe.  Also explain about proper behaviour during the visit.
    • V. Monuments: Tell the tourist what monuments he/she can see in the town and where they are situated.  
    • VI. Lake Elton. Tell the tourist about the unique lake in our area, where they can not only have a rest, but undergo treatment

Once your booklet is completed, carefully proof read the entire publication, design a cover and a table of contents, check you have completed each part, then print/draw it.
